Praying Without Words

There is absolutely nothing wrong with crying out to God for relief when the cross you carry seems too heavy.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with offering sincere thanks for the overwhelming blessings in your life.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with praising Him and adoring Him for the glimmers of His glory that we understand and the greatness beyond our comprehension.

We’re human, and humans sometimes need to put words to our emotions, happy, sad, gratitude, anger, or some jumbled mess of all of those.

So, spill it out. But when you are done, thank Him for His patience with you and with each one of us. And then pray without words. Pray by listening. Pray by hearing. Pray by surrendering.
